WHCS K-12

     World Harvest Christian School (K-12) is an independent on-campus school operating under the covering of Until That Day Church in Eagle River, Alaska. It initiated its first classes in March of 1996.  WHCS utilizes the proven Accelerated Christian Education system. The school is character based and priced to minister to the family.

     WHCS also offers an extended campus program. This is not home school. Extended campus means that the work is done at home, but all scoring and testing is done on campus. NEWS
—–WHCS has initiated a defense training class for eligible students.  The class is taught by the holder of two black belts in karate.  This is not a martial arts program but is designed to teach students how to avoid conflict and to successfully deal with it should it come their way.  There is a heavy emphasis on respect, readiness, and relaxing (composure).
—–Spring break will take place from March 14th through the 18th, 2022.  
—–Closing ceremonies and graduation will take place on May 26th at 7 pm.

     WHCS does not feel that masks or vaccinations should be mandated or imposed on any student or staff member.  We do respect those that which to engage in such practices, but they are never imposed at WHCS.  WHCS scores consistently high in national testing and has a highly degreed staff.
